Womer & Associates, Inc. is an architectural and engineering firm. We currently service the Northwest, but we are extending our service areas to Alaska, Northern California, Montana, and Wyoming.
Responsibilities:
- Work with Project Architect(s) and Senior Staff to develop plans and specifications for commercial building projects
- Develop technical drawings using company standards and protocol
- Create strong relationships and be an active listener
- Participate in project meetings and collaborate with staff
- Develop drawings and renderings using REVIT and other company approved applications
- Develop an understanding of building standards and code requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Architecture
- Experience in Revit with a basic understanding of architectural fundamentals
- Architectural designer/drafter without a degree must have a Technical degree with a minimum of 5-years experience in the profession
- Must have skills in understanding 2D and 3D technical drawings
Compensation:
- Salary $56,000 – $80,000 per year
- Annual Bonus Opportunity: dependent upon company profitability and individual performance
